rmail generate autoloads to non-versioned file.

* lisp/Makefile.in: Add rmail-loaddefs.el to autogenel.
* lisp/mail/rmail.el: Remove autoloads, add require.
* lisp/mail/rmailedit.el,lisp/mail/rmailkwd.el,
  lisp/mail/rmailmm.el,lisp/mail/rmailmsc.el,
  lisp/mail/rmailsort.el,lisp/mail/rmailsum.el,
  lisp/mail/undigest.el: Update file-local.
* test/lisp/mail/rmail-tests.el:
lisp/Makefile.in diff | blob | history
